Let the Dead bury their Dead

Updated: Dec 9, 2023

Death is a topic that many shy away from. It can make a person feel uneasy to the point of total denial when they lose a loved one. But what if you discovered that the death of a loved one was the result of a seed that you had sown, therefore, the reaping in your harvest. No one likes to be blamed for death or anything/anyone they lose. But the truth is, you reap what you sow, more and later than you sow. So yes, there is a strong possibility that you are the reason. As you may know, there is one body and many members that belong to the body. So if you reject Christ and live in the flesh as in Adam, you are indeed dead. Therefore your members as well. Your body will be a vessel for Satan, the anti-Christ.

This in mind read the scriptures below:

- 1 Corinthians 12:12-27 - 1 body many members 1 spirit

- Matthew 6:24-34 - you can only serve 1 master

- Luke 9:60 - the dead burying their dead

- Roman's 6:23 - the wages of sin is death

- 1 Corinthians 15:22 - in Adam all die in Christ all live

- Matthew 10:39 - If you find your life you will lose it but If you lose your life for Christ you will find it

Now let's reflect on this scripture for a minute:

Matthew 6:23 (the lamp of the body)

"But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!"

A lamp is needed to lighten up dark places. Your body for example is a lamp. The eyes are the only access point to light for the body. So what does that mean for your 1000 members (who belong to your body), when you fall into darkness. That means that whatever darkness you fall into will be 1000x as dark. An entire land with no light. Sheep that are lead astray because their Shephard decided to walk in the dark. Maybe this can point you in the right direction... "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one many shall be made righteous." - Romans 5:19

Thank you Jesus for completing the work. Although we put ourselves and others in the dark you are the way to the light.
